The misty background and the brown forest is in perfect harmony. As the girl running with the old lamp, in the lether dress I think about 19th century novels, or older ones. Scenes about lonely orphans whose life is difficoult, but they can see the beauty of it, and they are the real spirits of nature, beacuse they find an everlasting kinship in the forests, fields, and the sky above them. It is a magnificent, and mysterious peace of art!
